The Art of Brewing Artisanal Coffee at Home

There’s something deeply satisfying about brewing your own cup of artisanal coffee—especially when the beans come from the coffee heartland of Chikmagalur. At Coffee #BAE, we believe great coffee starts with the right bean—and ends with the right brew.

Here’s how to do it right, right at home:

✅ 1. French Press (Bold & Rich)

Use a coarse grind and hot water just off the boil. Let it steep for 4 minutes before plunging. Perfect for Coffee #BAE's classic roast.

✅ 2. Pour Over (Smooth & Balanced)

For a cleaner, more refined cup, use a gooseneck kettle and paper filter. Great for appreciating the flavor notes in our Chikmagalur single-origin roast.

✅ 3. Cold Brew (Low Acid, Full Flavor)

Soak coarse-ground coffee in cold water for 12–16 hours. The result? A smooth, mellow drink—amazing with our French Vanilla & Hazelnut Ground Coffee blend.

✅ 4. Pro Tips

  • Use filtered water for better flavor.

  • Stick to a coffee-to-water ratio (1:15 for pour-over, 1:8 for cold brew).

  • Always grind fresh if possible.
